Erica Urrego is an associate consultant for the Walsh Consulting Group. Her primary responsibilities include project planning, vendor research, and assisting hospitals with procurement related activities.

Ms. Urrego's experience includes the following:

• Planning role with new satellite hospital and medical office building for large academic medical center.
• Assisted community hospital with the competitive bidding and procurement of equipment valued at $12.9M.
• Performed equipment budgeting, reuse planning, and specification development for a Women and Children's expansion project.
• Planning and procurement involvement in a variety of projects including operating rooms, central sterile processing, clinics, imaging, women's services, emergency, and inpatient care departments.
• Involved in the research and development of detailed equipment specifications for multiple large academic medical centers.
• Interacted with vendors in development of specifications and obtaining price quotations for multiple equipment planning projects.
• Experience with architectural drawing reviews and modification of equipment plan.
