Condell Medical Center is currently building a new 5-story bed tower to accommodate Inpatient and Outpatient services. The medical areas in the new building will include 2 Medical-Surgical floors, Non-Invasive Cardiac Diagnostic platform, Cardiac Rehab, Sleep Lab, Respiratory Therapy, and Rehabilitation services. Walsh’s involvement in this project began in 2006 with construction completion estimated for 2011. Services provided to date include medical equipment budgeting, reuse planning, new equipment specification, and ongoing coordination with the design team.
