Aurora Sheboygan is planning a replacement facility at its current campus. The new hospital with connected Medical Office Building will have Inpatient Care, Diagnostic and Treatment Areas and Clinic Spaces. Inpatient Care will consist of 64 Medical/Surgical Beds, 5 ICU Beds, 28 Adult Behavioral Health Unit Beds, 12 LDRP Birthing Beds and 10 Level II Nursery Beds. The Diagnostic and Treatment Space will include Emergency, Diagnostics/Cardiac Testing, Imaging (1 MR, 2 CT, 6 Gen Rad, 1 Nuc Med), Rehabilitation Sports Medicine, and Interventional Platform (5 GI Bronch, 7 Outpatient ORs, 4 Inpatient ORs, 1 Cysto, 1 Pain Management, 17 PACU bays, 52 Prep/Recovery Rooms). Clinic Spaces will include Imaging, OB/GYN, Outpatient Blood Draw/Lab, Ortho/Spine/Chiro/PM&R, General Surgery, Pulmonary and Cardiology. Support Services will include Pharmacy, ACL Lab, Lab Draw, Central Sterile Processing, Materials Management and Environmental Services.

Walsh’s involvement includes Specification of New Equipment, Reuse Planning of Existing Equipment, Developing Medical Equipment BIM drawings, and Ongoing Support and Coordination with the Design Team.
